Not a fan of this place pretty unorganized had us back 3 times saying they had pie but didn't, called and talked to the manager and her attitude was oh well other people came in and we had to turn them away. My question is don't have customers come in if you don't have the pies ready.
Berry's is a quaint little restaurant with your normal fare, but we came in for the pie. My 2 friends and I had different pies and all 3 of us were extremely impressed! Some of the best pie ever. Along with a delicious cup of coffee it was a brilliant culinary event. Will stop here every time I'm in Prescott!
Berry's is one of Prescott's many one of a kind restaurants. If you like pie, then come to Berry's. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, but have great selections to choose from. The Reuben and pulled pork sandwiches are two favorites and the service is always friendly.
We went in here to eat, and this is the first bad service and meal we have had here. We waited over a 45 minutes and our food didn't even come out right. This place doesn't have the capacity to serve people, or the communication level was not here. 4 servers in the kitchen area standing around not serving customers. I was hungry before this, but this is 45 minutes of my life that I can't get back. We asked for boxes to pack up our food and the waitress stood there leaning against the counter. Leaves taste in your mouth. Thanks Berry's. Can I have my 45 minutes back?
Worst service ever! Was in there with my husband and young child. We went in at 10:45, and asked if they would make my kiddo a grilled cheese which is all he eats. She said no at first because lunch was at 11. She saw a dissapointed look on my face and went to go ask the kitchen staff who also said no. We waited about 5 minutes and noticed everyone else after us were offered lunch or breakfast. Both my husband and I couldn't believe they couldn't grab a piece of cheese with bread for our child. Unbelievable! We then waited another 15 minutes with no food. We finally got up asked to pay for our drinks and left. We live in the tri cities. We will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
