As far as customer service they have always gone far above the other banks I have dealt with. I have not been in the Prescott branch but will be in it very soon. Than I will tell you if it is just this branch. ,
Whoever wrote the previous review apparently hasn't done their homework... Foothills Bank IS a small community bank that is run out of Yuma, AZ and it's recent acquisition of a bank in Casa Grande and Prescott are their first branches outside of Yuma.
Claim to be a community bank. They are run out of Kansas. They do not support local businesses. Rude and incompetent employees.Losing money hand over fist.
