My car was pretty dirty. The machine did a good job for most of the body of my car. But the back end of my car stayed dirty. Also the fans that dry the car don't do such a great job. Luckily there is someone at the end that dries up the rest with a towel. But the towel left my windows and windshield looking nasty. I had to re do it at home. There was also a bunch of random splashes of dirt that the machine didn't catch. They do have free vacuuming so that's pretty cool.

I was overwhelmed by all the options for cleaning, the different "VIP" selections and non VIP. Apparently if you don't pay for VIP they don't care to do a decent job. No one caught that my antennna was up through the wash so it got broken. Ok. They bring out an incident report paper, tell me about to what happened, walk away, then discussed other options before even filling it out. (They ended up not filling one out) They offered a free wash instead of me taking it to my dealership then getting reimbursed by them. I chose that thinking I'd get my $30 that I just paid back into another wash. NOPE. The acting assistant manager that had only been doing his job for two days, gives me $18 credit....so now I have a broken antenna and (less than what I paid for) credit for another crappy wash. If you have an employee trying to leave to pick up their kid(s), then as ACTING ASSISTANT MANAGER, you should help her out instead of rush another car through for her to finish before she can leave.

Took our F150 through the wash. Paid for the $9.00 wash. It was on par for the price. Short wash but did the job. The definitely took time to get the bugs off the windshield. No complaints.

A good, although not very good, car wash. Sure, I'd driven to Prescott from the Pacific Northwest (about 23 hours on the road) and so the bug-death was pretty considerable, on the front of the car. When I got through the car wash, there was still a lot of squashed bugs, on the nose of the hood, front bumper, and even on the front of the sideview mirrors. None of that was corrected and I didn't think to get out of the car and inspect the results. The people at Rich's hand-dry the cars, which is good. But didn't dry the chrome on the front grille and didn't think to suggest maybe this car should be washed a second time, to get it really clean, from all the traveling. What I mean to say is, their quality control step is lacking some necessary refinement. I'm sure they'd do a good job, for a car that wasn't especially dirty.

The lady who wipes off your windshield before you go in is a sweetheart. As for the wash itself it was fairly good (deluxe), but I had to take my own towel to it after and get the sappy parts off that were just stuck there all over the car. I'd go through again though.

39 weeks pregnant and I figured I'd get my car cleaned by someone who could easily bend over to clean my car. Unfortunately, if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself.
