I went in to this store to purchase a couple of Christmas gifts for my fiance and her son. I got over $70 worth of merchandise. As I was checking out I asked the clerk what the return policy was. She said as long as I had the receipt there would be no problems. I then finished my purchase and left. I then came to find her son did not like the Diamond Back baseball club and went back to return one of the items I purchased. I was then told by another clerk "We do not give refunds on sales items," I tried to explain that I had asked a clerk about the return policy (pointing out the clerk I had talked to) and I have the receipt. I was then told "Well it says on the bottom of your receipt and right here we don't give refunds." There was a small sign off the side of the register explaining their refund policy. Lets just say that the clerk that waited on us did NOT even know her own store policy. The service was unacceptable and both clerks looked to be in their teens. Both were rude when I tried to return the item I no longer wanted. I will NOT be shopping there again. BUYER BEWARE
Showed up to the store at 12:05 on a Friday. Store locked up. Sign on the door saying will return in 15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and got tired of waiting so we left. Who runs a business in a mall like this? Terrible...
