The rude woman at the counter on saturdays wouldn't even give me some tape for my small envelope packages! This place is worthless and not helpful in anyway. What a joke. Won't be back.
Having spent my career setting up businesses as well as taking over ones that were close to bankruptcy and making them solvent once again, I know of what I speak when evaluating
I was lied to and told I would get a refund if the package was not delivered as paid for. When the store was reimbursed they refused to refund me so that means that got paid twice for it. Be wary.
I'll give three stars because I have been to this location twice before (once for some lamination work and another for shipping a TV). The lamination was great and the shipping went well as the TV arrived undamaged. However, I went in today and felt rushed and unvalued as a customer. The lady that helped me was rude and unapologetic about services that were not available. Maybe it was an off day for the location, but nevertheless, it made me feel unappreciated.
