I went into World Market in Prescott, AZ at the Gateway Mall to buy a certain style desk/table affair. I was so impressed with the extra help and ideas that Genevieve gave me. She went out of her way to do things to help with my problem. Then on the next day when I went to pick it up with the truck, Angela was the one to help me. Again there was above and beyond help and efforts on her part to do what I wanted. I was to enter this review from some link on the bottom of the receipt, but the receipt has disappeared. So I'm leaving it on this site. This is a really nice store, with great products and exceptional staff! Thanks.
As usual, I went in for one specific thing and ended up with irresistible Halloween stuff, wine, and even a Xmas present. The employees are all friendly and helpful, and it's a great store!

Horrible store. The dirty restrooms are pretty bad but the massive amounts of mouse droppings in the wine section (in particular on the wine racks where they showcase the wines against the wall) really disgusted me. however, I think I was most disappointed by the cattiness of the various employees who seemed too enveloped in their own store gossip and conversations to help customers.
