The front office people are rude nasty women. They don't know what customer service is and I would never go back to this office again. Dennis is lazy. Doesn't care about his clients and don't keep your info up to date. Lazy crew and nasty stanky attitudes. Maybe not getting enough attention at home or something
Dennis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had just moved into the state and he took care of everything. We were building a house for the first time and Dennis took the time to offer advice. The office staff was efficient and friendly. I have always received good service from State Farm and was glad to find an agent that lived up to my expectations.
