First let me start by saying I order papa johns once a week, so id say I am a regular customer. With that said I will NEVER ever do business with them again.
I was livid enough to make a call to the restaurant, in which case I was given the run around; and was told they would simply talk to her.
Called in an order after I looked up specials on their website. They promptly tell me they can't get me that deal, it's for online orders only. So I state that they really have to organize things better on their website. Next I go back online to order and, find out the site won't accept my phone number. So I can't order online. Not playing phone tag for a chain pizza place.
I received multiple phone calls during the delivery window with a Colorado # (our family does not answer random calls out of area phone calls). Also nowhere does it mention a call would be made to our family outside of our area on papa johns site)

When my wife answered, an older lady became confrontational, and degraded my wife. Saying that her GPS was incoherent and does my wife even know what incoherent meant. She continued to tell my wife that she NEEDED to answer her phone, especially if its an out of town number.
I am warning everyone else to avoid the driver. She is an older lady, that drives a white Subaru Forrester in Prescott, AZ.
called 4 times before someone finally answered, then I asked what their specials were and the person didn't even know and sounded impatient. just ended up going to Pizza Hut across the street. fast and friendly service.
