The food is good and the seating is very comfortable and relaxing. Def worth the money I spend!

I used to go out of my way to drive to this theater because of the seats. This is no longer true. It seems every time I go, I stand at the counter with employees looking right at me, and ignoring me. I have to ask to be helped every time. The bathrooms are always filthy as well. The reason I am writing this review is the fact that I went to look at movie times tonight and they have not only half the show times as Harkins, but are only showing about half the amount of movies. Harkins is just a better theater and Picture Shows seats are not enough to make up for grumpy staff, dirty bathrooms and limited show times. I work customer service and I hate stupid complaints , but it seems as if I am not the only one who feels this way.
I just love this Theater! It's clean, the employees are great, and the seats are amazing! They recline and are very wide. At this Theater, you also select your seats when you purchase your tickets.
Their prices is great and the chairs are so comfortable but the place has gone down hill recently. There is never enough staff working and their staff tends to be rude . They have a bar inside but I have never seen anyone working it, even when there are guests sitting at the bar. So the assigned seats are terrible, maybe it was a bigger theater it would be a good idea, but for a theater that size it is not necessary. There have been multiple times that I have gone to the movies and left because the assigned seats. They also took the popcorn sprinkles away. Currently the only reasons I go to that theater is for the $5 Tuesday movies (if something good is playing & nothing else to do that night) and for the chairs. I wish they would remodel a little and train their staff better.
