We had to put our 13-year-old bunny down last Sunday, and were extremely upset. But the staff was amazing and caring and patient with us are our grief. Josh helped us with deep concern and Dr. Jenn, who actually did the procedure was a bunny mommy herself, so we felt like our boy was in good hands all the way to the end. Three days later, we received a heart-felt card that was handwritten by Josh and Jenn, which also brought tears to our eyes. Thank you for being so amazing people and the work you do.
My dog is bleeding an excessive amount and when asked if I could bring her in to have her looked at without me having enough to cover the examination fee the answer was no. So I said she's bleeding out and you guys won't help her? "Unfortunately no if you can't pay the examination fee upfront". It's about the money with all these vets people, not the overall welfare of your animal. Nevermind that it's Thanksgiving day, any day of the year if your going to as a veterinarian deny an animal medical treatment in which you can provide and decide not to due to payment, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. They then turned around and charged me $100 for letting me cat die on their table. This it's absolutely crazy. They were more worried about getting money from me then easing the suffering of my loved one. This place is full of a bunch of crazy people who shouldn't be dealing with animals. I can't believe what I went through tonight.
I can't believe what I went through with this place tonight. I brought my best friend (my cat) in this place because he needed to be put down. Instead of getting ready to do this, they made me fill out paperwork and wait for a doctor to come in and look at cat. Before anyone could come help my cat die peacefully, I watched him suffocate
On July 8, 2017 I took a beloved family cat, Panda, to Pet ER. Unknown to me until 2 days before, he was very sick. Dr. Frost and Tammy could not have been any kinder or compassionate. They were very considerate of my wanting to keep the cost reasonable and we had come up with a game plan for me to take him home and care for him. We then decided to do a blood test which showed even one more system not functioning (besides 2 others). I was greatly disappointed that I wasn't taking him home but leaving him to be euthanized. Dr. Frost's reality diagnosis and advice was a big help.
We recently had to put our dog down. The staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive to our needs. They made a difficult experience so much easier. Today we received a hand written card that contained wildflower seeds to plant in memory of our departed family member. They have gone above and beyond what we could have expected. Thank you for your care and compassion.
It was the most saddest thing I could imagine.
