Made a call to The Plumbing Store and William and his apprentice Bill showed up within an hour as they'd just finished another job early. They did a great job and we couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Since my first contact with The Plumbing Store went so well, I called them when I had no hot water. Well, the plumber was here for less than an hour, did not resolve the issue and charged $101! "This hose needs to be replaced" but he didn't replace it. He didn't even look at the prior repair which I called for and has become problematic.
I called The Plumbing Store and spoke with Kim. She determined what my plumbing problem was and sent out William and Bobby. They were courteous and friendly. They arrived in less then an hour after my call with Kim. They took care of my problem in a efficient and professional manner. Very satisfied. Highly recommend!
The plumbing store was very helpful. The manager Kim is very nice and she was able to answer most all of my plumbing questions over the phone. She was able to get a plumber out the SAME DAY and fix the back up in my shower. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend. I am also looking at getting water treatment installation at my house and they do that too! Will definitely be giving them a call back soon to get that going.
We had a guest and guess what: NO HOT WATER IN OUR GUEST SHOWER!
What impresses me about the Plumbing Store is that they are professional yet friendly. Kim and the front office staff does an awesome job at juggling customers and prioritizing. We had Bill (the owner) and Eric, one of his plumbers out to diagnose a septic issue. We had another local plumbing Co bid it and they came in almost double the price. Bill and Eric worked all day digging and pulling out a line and replacing it. Very neat and tidy and the most important, honest! The price was fair and not out of line. Some people don't realize how much it cost to run a business......do the math and it will shock you. Thank you The Plumbing Store!
