I called for some non emergency info. I wanted to stay anonymous but the female officer that answered the phone had this attitude like I was a child misbehaving by calling that number and I should know better. I don't even know how else to put it in words. Way past condescending. She wouldn't help me to find out what agency, or even give me a suggestion of where to start to report a specific issue (I can't find it on the internet) unless I gave her my info. And honestly, if I was out and a store clerk or someone talked to me like that, they would be losing their job the next day. But not that way with police. Welcome to American's new and apparently countrywide law enforcement policy of being apathetic, threatening and useless. And dangerous.
The cops don't care about your safety just giving tickets and getting their jollies by harassing anyone under 30. They rather give a ticket to someone for their speed as they pass than to give a ticket to the individual who Is going ten under impeding the flow of traffic. So the speeding to pass is still happening because the problem was never addressed. If you work And pay taxes instead of collecting Them like the cops and social security collectors watch out Because Your taxes are not enough for Them. Cops in Prescott cater to the old retirement community while screwing the future youth of the tri city community.
I wonder if we are all getting the same officer? I will never call police again after my experience with Prescott P D. Never thought I would have this opinion. They truly opened my eyes to how awful police will behave.
Protect and Serve, that is the motto; Honestly if that's the case I would've been taken care of. but instead I was treated terribly, I believe its time for you to turn that around. I Respect officers of the law, but this was the worst encounter I've ever had.
They will hire anyone who doesn't care about the youth. They illegally search and hassle you just because you walk funny. The main problems officer is wolf he is a inconsiderate human that should not be on the force he will try to charge you for walking to slow on the sidewalk. Maybe if the police department would open there eyes and see that the youth aren't feeling protected they are feeling hunted and In fear.
