Decent. The shops are either great or okay. Staff are courteous enough, depending on shop. Wouldn't recommend to someone new to Prescott as it can get hard to navigate.
Long walk,but good shops and restaurants.
It's alright. Lots of empty spaces but more businesses are coming in. Lots and lots of parking. Good place to go for a long walk.

Movie theater is really nice since the remodel. Target, planet fitness, and other places.
