If this wasn't one of the only larger grocery stores for our area, I would never go back. The customer service is really great so this has nothing to do with that. The problems have to do with the horrible layout that causes anxiety and aggression in the shoppers. Already narrow isles are further stuffed with promotional items on boxes in the middle of every isle (other than the cooler area) and random toys, straws, and just junk hanging in random spots of the isle to snag any sweaters you may be wearing. The deli area is just as bad. The layout leaves customers to literally crowd and anxiously hope to be served because there is no room for an orderly line. This store is certainly not handicap friendly, which is unfortunate considering it's located in Prescott (predominantly elderly) and makes a task that is already difficult for many handicap people, worse. The products offered and the produce is very good.
