I made an appointment with this office specifically asking about payment options. She mentioned care credit and I immediately let her know that was unfortunately not an option for us. She said she talked with her supervisor/manager and let me know that they would assess my cats health and I would be given a price for the care that they would then break down in payments. Took my cat in today, found out it's a little over $600 for bloodwork, anesthesia, small tooth extraction and medication. When it came time to discuss the bill it was the $600 or nothing. I had to bring my cat back home with a fever and tooth pain. They did not stand by what they offered me causing me to pay for the visit but now having to go somewhere else for treatment.
This place is amazing! Monica is the light of the office, she is so kind and always so helpful. Her smile brings new life into the front, you just feel so welcomed. Dr. Coston is so sweet and just a great doctor. I would give this office 10 stars if I could. Don't ever lose those 2 ladies!!
I could not be more satisfied with the care my dogs have been given since bringing them to the Thumb Butte Animal Hospital. Dr Coston is fantastic! Kind and knowledgeable, explaining things in a way that is easy to understand, she is what you would hope your own physician would be like. The place is run very professionally. The vet techs and front office do their job very well with a smile on their face. If I had 4 hands they would get 4 thumbs up!
The vets and staff at this hospital are wonderful, caring and compassionate. Their prices are very reasonable. They have always called for a follow up on how my pet is doing after receiving treatment.
I would like to thank Dr. Z and his staff for the wonderful care that was given to my precious Chihuahua, Shiann. She has been under their care for CHF for the last 2 years. On Monday, 10/30/17, Shiann lost the battle, 14.5 years old. Dr. Z thank you for your compassionate heart and wonderful care you have my Shiann.
