I rented a bike at Soul for a few days. The bike was good, the people were friendly and really helpful about getting the bike to suit my needs and finding a route that suited me. I would recommend this shop. In jest ( I think), they offered the ultimate bike accessory; a trail dog to accompany me.
Great local shop!!! Super friendly and welcoming. Rented a full suspension mountain bike on a trip to visit my in-laws in Prescott last week. Followed Kate's advice on local trails and had a blast. Can't wait to return in the spring.
A fellow biker in southern California had recommended this shop, especially since we were from out of town and didn't know where to ride. I bought a great bike map, (only $1.00!) and Cina spent time with me, helping me pick out some rides that my husband could do, since he's a beginner rider. She was SO helpful and so nice!!! I would recommend this bike shop to anyone!!!
I had traveled to Prescott for some mountain biking (my friend told me how much of a hidden gem of mountain bike town prescott is) from outside of Telluride. My bike broke while I was doing the “whiskey” course so I took it into SoulRide. Zach was amazing and super helpful. He was able to get my bike up and running for more riding the next day! They showed me some awesome trails and I ended up booking a tour with Kate and Cina— best money I’ve ever spent!! I can’t wait until I have a chance to come back to prescott for some awesome riding and stop back into this awesome and friendly shop.
