While the location was very efficient, courteous and accommodating for the initial rental and extension, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that, although Enterprise publicizes courtesy pick up and drop off, they denied my request to drop me off at a 3 mile (less that 5 minute) destination upon returning the rental. The Gurley Street location was more concerned about going home at 5:45pm on a Friday evening then following through on the promised accommodation. Not sure if I will rent a car from this facility unless absolutely necessary.
All the staff at the Prescott location are top notch, especially the supervisor! We are local residents & we have rented cars several times for brief trips. We always receive excellent service. They always strive to please you, even in adverse situations. Thank you!
AAA recommended this rental car agency to me. I am so glad that they did! Prescott Enterprise made the rental process hassle free and they were all very friendly and professional. It is obvious that all of them, including the very helpful and friendly manager, are genuinely interested in providing the very best customer service. I wouldn't even consider another rental car agency from now on.
This business knows how to take care of the customer! Everything was done correctly, the first time by all whom I had contact with. First rate operation. The car was there, cleaned and ready to go, just as requested. This will always be my first choice in rental car companies.
If not for the hard working staff and the convenient locations, I would give Enterprise three stars. I just rented a 2017 Chevy Cruz in Prescott, AZ for two weeks and will not rent a Cruz again. A vinyl panel below the engine block broke loose and dragged along the ground at low speeds, the head lights were dim at night, which is stressful when you’re in a place you’ve never been and can’t read the street signs! Driving the Cruz made me miss my solid and athletic Mazda6! Next time, I’ll go with a compact, Japanese SUV and will look into other car rental companies. I still like Enterprise but have been too loyal and loyalty is not always rewarded as it should be.
