They are unprofessional. DO NOT rent from them. They won't have what you reserve and they don't care. They really don't. That's the said part.
Unbelievable! We were SO irritated. We called all the other rental car companies and they had no cars available. So we had to borrow a car.

We reserved a medium size car only to get there to pick it up and they had nothing for us!! Jessica said that they have a fleet of cars the come through there and have no control to what comes through. Please tell me again why we RESERVED a car? So she offered us a DOWN GRADE to a small Ford focus. Not to mention a dirty Ford Focus. There was dog hair everywhere. They had not even cleaned it.
When she called her manager she asked him if he wanted her to give us the Toyota which was probably the one we reserved or the Focus. She hung up with him and said you have to take the focus.
Very friendly service. The gentleman took the time to answer all of our questions to ensure we had a good rental experience. The car was clean and ran great. Return process was quick and easy.
Reserved car 2 weeks before renting. Did not mention We had to have great credit in order to rent car until day of pickup! Had to cancel trip at last minute. Not everyone likes or uses credit cards-Thanks for nothing Hertz!
It gets 1 star ONLY because I have to. We made a RESERVATION two months before we needed it. Because we knew it was Spring break week. Let's look up that definition.

Checking car out was pleasant, quick and efficient . I originally secured the car until Sunday and realized, while I was at the office completely paperwork, that I only needed it until Saturday and he said, “no problem, we’ll take care of the cost when you return the vehicle.” I returned the vehicle Saturday at 2:15 and the office was closed. I called Hertz and the said the office would reopen Monday! I put my paperwork and keys in 24 hour drop off box. Please adjust my payment accordingly. Thank you!
The gal at the counter continually answered the phone and helped those callers while leaving us waiting to complete our rental. Then while driving from AZ to CO the check tire pressure light came on. We took the car to Discount Tires and the manager informed us that both front tires were not safe and wondered why they even rented this car to us. We returned the car to Denver Airport, only to get a Prius without cruise control, so exchanged that vehicle for one with cruise control. I then drove this vehicle back to Prescott and dropped it off on Friday night and put the keys in the drop box. I did not receive an email confirmation that they had received the vehicle, so on Monday I called, only to be told by the gal that she was helping someone at her counter. She did state that they received the vehicle and she would look into a conformation for me and call me back. This has yet to happen. I will never to business with Hertz again.
