I am usually a big fan of discount tire, use them all over Phoenix and tucson and have been pleased
Twice I have come here to get my tires rotated, not even balanced and it was going to be an hour and a half to get it done
I may have to go with Costco for my next set of tires because it seems to be too much trouble to get in and get balanced at discount anymore
You have to buy your tires at the Discount Tire Mansion on the hill. All these guys here are the best. They will get you in and out like a NASCAR pit crew. Went on Friday afternoon Labor day weekend and was done in 20 minutes. No wifi here but not a big deal when you are only there for a few minutes. Don't be a free loader.
the one store in Prescott has the worst parking lot and set up of any tire/ auto shop I have ever seen, there are cars parked everywhere and it is literally single file in and out of the parking lot
I also needed to replace a tire but couldn't afford one. They all were super nice and helpful. Especially Zach, thank you!
Obviously Prescott needs more than one store and hopefully they pick a better lot this next time
Super friendly, got me in at closing to replace a flat + 1 that couldn’t be repaired so I could make it back to Phoenix on time. It would be worth the drive back up when I need tires again. Thank you!
