My son was being extremely irrational for a simple teeth cleaning and 6 month check up and your staff was absolutely wonderful the lady who cleaned his teeth was so patient I can't say thank you enough for how kind and understanding she was. We are currently pregnant with our second child who will be born nov 30 through c section and we had to hold my son down cause he was kicking and screaming and she was so kind and her main concern was making sure my son did not kick me in the stomach while I was holding him down due to his irrational behavior and the dentist himself had brayden smiling by the end of the appointment. The patience and understanding of the employees that helped us that day was absolutely extrodinary. If I could I would give you 10 stars! I wish I remembered the name of the lady who had cleaned his teeth but thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. My son has been acting out ever since the realization that he is no longer going to be an only child being he is 8 1/2 years old he's taking it so hard I was very embarrassed by his behavior but the professionalism of the staff was above and beyond. You guys are fantastic
Our kids have been going to Kidzaam since moving to Prescott 7 years ago. They both love the atmosphere and often when we drive by the office they ask when they get to go back to the dentist.
Very disappointed with kidzaam. Brought my 4 year old in for fillings. They gave him sedation medicine then took him back and wrapped him. He got super scared and was pleading with them and they showed no compassion. I convinced them to unwrap him so I could talk to him. He tried the nose thing to calm down but didn't like it. Employees were clearly annoyed with him. I finally got him to try and they said too bad we've got other patients to see. I was still forced to pay nearly 200 for nothing but scarring my child. Worst experience ever!
As a parent I find the staff competent and friendly and the prices are competitive. We will continue to take our children to Kidzaam as long as we live in Prescott.
Been going there for 3 years. Couldn't find a better dentist for kids. Friendly, compasionate and very understanding. Very willing to work with parents.
I really enjoy going here, and the three doctors Dr. Rabor, Dr. Ho, and Dr. (Bishop I think his name is) are all very friendly and know what they are doing...
