In stark contrast to our previous incident, our visit to My Kids' Dentist was one of the best we've ever had with a pediatric dentist.

We went to My Kids' Dentist after we had a bad experience at another pediatric dentist in town.
I would definitely recommend this office to a friend!
Before getting started, they politely asked us if we wanted x-rays and fluoride treatments (we didn't), instead of just assuming or trying to push them on us.
That made us feel very comfortable with taking our kids there for future appointments.
Both the staff and dentist provided the kind of customer service that you always look for, but rarely ever receive, from a dental office.

The best dentist office ever! We have been to three different offices with our five kids and these guys are by far the best. Everyone from the front office staff to dental assistants and the Dr. himself interact with the kids so well! They all really put a lot of effort into making each one of your appointments as easy, painless, and quick as possible. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
They were also very polite and respectful when we declined a couple of the procedures they recommended for our children.
I was delighted to find such an organized, kind, knowledgeable dentist's office for my kids! No tears from my 2 year old. What a nice surprise!
I found out about this office while trick or treating last year (our first Halloween in Prescott). We needed a dentist and they offered us $20 to give them a try haha (it was a promo for if you booked and were seen within a certain time frame they oaid you!!). It was a great find. I love that they are able to accommodate seeing all 3 of my kiddos at the same time. I'm not torn between sitting in the waiting room with one or two while the other is being seen. It is helpful to my children too to have their partners in crime the next bench over. The staff is friendly and prompt but thorough. Definitely recommend

From the time you walk in till the time you leave you can be guaranteed your child will receive the best care available. Dr. Bob as well as all the hygienists and nurses are kind and caring. My daughter loves going to see the dentist and cannot wait for her next appointment. I would recommend this doctor's office to anyone looking for a fantastic doctor for their own most precious possessions to go to.
