I ordered a floral arrangement for my best friend two states away with Allens online service. The staff at Allens immediately emailed and personally called me to let me know that they couldn't deliver the flowers as ordered because my friend was in ICU. They kept me updated every day promising delivery as soon as she was moved to a regular room. My friend went to heaven. Allens then upgraded my arrangement, took care of all the delivery arrangements, the sentiments on the card (which were beautifully expressed) and quietly and very respectfully left. This took place over a two week period. I cannot say enough! This was so above and beyond that I am completely blown away! I had assumed service of this caliber was long gone. Thank you to all of the staff at Allens!

The altar flowers for a friend's wedding were outstanding. They were ready to go on time and were so fresh and beautiful. Even being outside for an afternoon ceremony on Friday they were still lovely for church on Sunday.

I made my order online, and had delivery next morning, i received a email with a photo of my arrangement that was being delivered, and a email when it was delivered. Give them 2 thumbs up.
