I wish I had something better to say about ASA but my experience with them left me thinking "How does this company stay in business??"
ASA is possibly the best Party Rental Place in the Tri City Area.
I've tried relentlessly for the last two months to rent 10 tables with ASA for my wedding. They "reserved" the tables for me but I never received a quote or directions on pickup/delivery or payment. When I contacted them in regards to these questions they said they no longer had those tables available. Finally, they called back and apologized and said they in fact did have the tables and they would send us a quote immediately. A month a half later... still no quote or rental. A week and a half before my wedding and I'm left scrambling to find another company.
They have odd hours, their online rentals don't work (for over 10 items or weekends) though they will redirect you to the site again and again and they never answer their phone or messages.
If you want to go with a rental company that will never get back with you and leave you scrambling last minute... then this is the place for you. I went with Just Ask Rentals who helped me in 15 minutes!
