When there are 10 people waiting in line to check out and only 2 people available in the store to assist customers, one cutting material and one cashier (Store Manager), WAKE UP AND HIRE SOME HELP!
Now this is a nice Joanns. Lots of selection. Nice employees. Fun place to shop and look around. It is in a very busy strip mall area, so be warned. Lots of traffic and parking lot congestion during peak hours.

The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When my wife sends me to Jo-Ann's to get her something, I understand what it's like when I sent her to the hardware store for her to get something that she's not used to you. Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Nice environment, calm and quiet. It has everything craft and sewing. I'm giving it 3 stars because I was charged extra for my purchase even after haggling.
