I have gone to this eye doctor for many years and they have always treated me well and have been efficient and knowledgeable
Went in originally for an eye exam. I took both pairs of my glasses with me for the exam. I refuse to wear bifocals and have 1 pair of glasses for driving and one for computer use. I met Dr Willer and he did my exam, we discussed bi vocals and he said my wearing 2 different pair of glasses was just fine. My one prescription got better and the other needed to be "tweaked" a bit he said. He did the difference and it was great. I really liked his "bed side " manner at the time and went to check out. I was given only one slip of paper and did not bother to look at it, assuming I had everything. I tried to go to the Eyeglass dept but the wait was about 20 deep. I left and decided to come back the next day. I came back and again the line was about 20 deep. Decided to return the next day at opening. I came with my wife and was first in line. Joy waited on me and I explained that I needed 2 pair of glasses, she tried to talk me into progressive lens, I declined. She asked for my prescription, I handed her my slip and she said I was missing the scripts, that was my receipt. We went to the Dr office and they could only find 1 script, the Dr and the receptionist from the day I went were off. I explained to the lady in the office my delimma, she promised to get with the Dr and call me the next day. 2 days later after no call, I went back to see the Dr. The receptionist was now there and I explained I had not gotten the 2 scripts, she said"we always make sure you have them". I told her somehow I left without them, no accusations. She looked up in the computer and found the same thing only 1 script, she said one minute and went to the Dr, he is busy it'll be a while. I waited and he came out, I reminded him of my having 2 pairs of glasses, he then told me just have them take off these numbers, I did not understand so he went with me to the Optical Dept, waited 2 minutes then said, I''ll just write it, there! I have a feeling that my scripts are wrong. I am going to order glasses online, the Optical Dept is to expensive for the glasses I want. I would not recommend this part of Costco in Prescott, seems to be a bit disorganized and not friendly like the rest of the store!
