Went in to ask about wedding rental items. There were two people at the desk. They were not helpful at all. As we were standing at the counter to ask questions about their rentals one guy was pointing out to the other that he was shopping for houses online. Seemed put out to even acknowledge us. We left. I wont be giving them any buisness. I will go somewhere with GOOD customer service. This place is garbage.
Needing to cut a trench to run an electrical line I went to just ask, as a repeating customer. I got hands on instruction, a mini workshop, and no problems. This place is awesome. They loaded and unloaded it for me, and really listened to me.
I rented a margarita maker over the 4th of July weekend and it worked great! Service was outstanding, price was right. I've rented several different items here over the years and the equipment has always been in good shape and the service has always been fantastic.
Picked up a dunk tank for a school event. The trailer didn't have lights or a plate so I asked him what's up. I was informed that it didn't news one. So I went on my way. Went to return the dunk tank the next day and was pulled over by Prescott pd. Was told the guy informed me wrong. The cop had me meet him at just ask rentals where he preceded to read the riot act to the owner. Anyway, wasted half hour of my and the schools time and got nothing more then a oh well.
I ordered to rent a tool 5 days in advance; they took my information and reserved it. When I arrived to pick it up; they said they didn't carry it; So I wasted time and effort with this company. They were unapologetic and incompetent. It cost me time and money for this inconsideration. I will never attempt to rent anything from these folks ever again.
