If I could give less than one star, I would. I was charged $20 for an item marked "other" when I thought I had bought a set of faux nails for $7.99. I went back to the store hoping to figure out what went wrong but was treated like I was dumb by the manager named "Leena" saying that there is no item "other" and that there's nothing she could do besides have me call corporate. This would have been okay, I would have just settled, however, the way I was treated as a customer was not okay and something needs to be done.

Horrible- I visited the store 3 times this afternoon, comparison shopping on their St. Patrick's day items. I was profiled, as the store manager singled me out, LOUDLY inquiring as to whether or not I was looking for something, because she had seen me in the store before that day. When I replied that I was not looking for anything, and was with my husband, she continued ask if I was looking for anything specific. Can I not just be shopping? Don't people generally look at items when they shop? I've never had this issue before- and I won't be shopping in that pathetic excuse for a store again. Whatever!
