When I brought my necklace chain in to be repaired, the woman who took it was so nice and helpful and told me to bring the heart that went with the chain and they would clean it and take care of everything. When I went to pick up the completed repaired chain, the sales person was so interested in the the customer that came in after me that I felt like I was intruding. I brought a ruby ring that I've had since the 60's when I was a kid and asked if it was real or not. She did tell me its not real but I don't know what it is made of or if the setting is gold, or if its worth anything at all. She was too busy talking to the customer that came in after me to pay attention or answer any of my questions. I will never intrude again on the insider's party that's going on at Raskin's. Remember, since my ruby is fake, I'll have to purchase a real one somewhere, but it won't be Raskin's jewelers. Thanks for the great job on the chain repair. I'm waiting for it to break again.
The team at Raskin's Jewelers is amazing. My sister needed to have her engagement ring fixed days before her wedding and Susan made sure that it was fixed like new in just in time. They completely saved the day. Thank you Raskin's. We will definitely be back!!
