Worst service ever! Carol at the counter for plan checking is the most rude person I have had the displeasure of encountering. She should be fired. If there was such a time to fire someone it would be now with her. Do not let her retire! I do not want my hard earned tax dollars supporting her. We have never in two years had any problems with any of the other plan checkers that come to the counter. Now all of a sudden every single permit that we submit is turned away because she does not like it. This is discriminatory and completely horrifying. We will keep submitting complaints until something is done about her!
