Had a great room and the grounds there are beautiful planning on making this our hotel for our visits to Prescott . But manger needs to learn what CSI is because they are billing me twice for the same visit. When we called multiple times he blew us off or lied and said it was not going to show up.We are NOT HAPPY. I would give them less stars but my time there was relaxing And i am not a liar like the manger. If the owner reads this review I'll never go back and you need to get rid of your manger!!!
The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom is rather small but we are just staying overnight. The breakfast is not bad and the lady who tends to it is always keeping it filled. Front desk was nice and they were helpful in finding places to go.
Peaceful and near the city but surrounded by trees rather than buildings. There was a t-shirt in the bathroom which made me question the cleanliness but everything else was ok. Tip: there are two entrances and one will make the bottom of your car or truck touch payment due to its steep angle. Anyone that has their car lowered (or towing something) should probably get in and out from the driveway located just behind the office.
I drove from Las Vegas to Phoenix and stayed overnight. I drove in when it was dark and was pleasantly surprised at the wooded and peaceful surroundings. Tucked away from but close to downtown it is easy to access, but away from all the noise of Prescott Valley. Fresh breakfast and friendly staff rounded out the experience. In talking with the new owner owner, Bill who was working the breakfast crowd, he mentioned they recently changed it to Days Inn from Comfort Inn. Over the coming months he will be doing a renovation of all the sleeping rooms. The rooms are clean, but in need of updating. I will be staying again the next time I return to Prescott.
Great service. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice heated outdoor pool. Kids had a great time.
