Pretty standard Panda Express. Sometimes the employees seem overwhelmed. Amazing food of course, and relatively inexpensive.
This place has gone to absolute trash. The drive thru is never open, food is over cooked or undercooked, staff is rude, no one answers the phone, and the owner needs to get a GRIP!
Place is disgusting. Just look at the drain under the drink fountain. More than half the time they don't have enough employees to open on time or run the drive thru. I have no idea how they're still open. For the same price as a double entree you could get a great sanitary meal at one of the many restaurants in the same location.
Food tastes pretty good. Food sits in steamer trays til you order so it's pretty fast just not as fresh if it has sat there awhile. Prices are pretty high for little entres. Lots of rice not much meat or veggies. Dinner for 4 people will set you back $40. Last 3 times I took kids there we had to wipe our own table. All table were dirty. Where are the bussers. Rice is messy.
We normally go to the one in pv but we were in the neighborhood. Anyhow, Hunter helped us out and just wanted to say that he gave such great customer service. He connected with us and joked around about him reminding us of Woody Harrelson. His personalized attitude made our experience one of a kind.
