GREAT MEAL & SERVICE TONIGHT.....AS ALWAYS!!
Monday, October 23 in the afternoon, my family and I went to eat and Red lobster in Prescott Arizona. We were visiting from South Carolina. I do not remember the waitresses name or the hostess that sat us but this was the best service I have ever received any red lobster have ever been or mostly any restaurant for that matter. The waitress was extremely helpful and patient with us as we were dealing with our toddler, told us the best places to get souvenirs (even wrote down directions), and was very interactive with our children. Wonderful. We were really appreciative that the staff there was super nice and the food was really good. Even though they were out of a few things that we wanted to order, that did not make us feel like this restaurant deserve less than five stars. I hope this restaurant sees this and locates this waitress & hostess because they deserve to be rewarded. We gave the waitress a $15 tip for our $50 lunch.
Went to dinner for our Anniversary. Mikki is the best waitress! She helped me pick a lobster, my first, so sweet and delicious!!
Had the all you can eat shrimp special and all was good but the shrimp was a bit under cooked
We usually love it here but it must have been Brian's first night. We had a party of 8 celebrating our parents 67th anniversary. We wanted 2 separate checks and expressed it several times as it appeared Brian was putting everything on one. He just kept writing. When our salads came out they were all mixed up as we proceeded to pass the correct salads around the table ourselves. The worst part was all the entrees were served except for one. As other entrees were getting cold everyone else dug in. I asked Brian where the other entree was and he acted like he just realized we were short one and said he would check on it. Time passed and people had completed their meals and still no missing entree. Finally Brian appeared with said entree and explained the kitchen had made the error. Needless to say the person whose entree it was did not enjoy it and felt rushed as everyone else was waiting on her. When the check came, you guessed it, only one check. We explained again that we had wanted 2 checks. Finally we had it all straight and headed out. I was very disappointed!
