Excellent customer service especially the wash bay employees!!!!
I tried the online chat, and it took some time to get a rep. When i asked about rates, the rep said she didn't have rate info and wanted me to give email address and wait for a response that way. I disconnected and called the phone number. After 15 rings the operator answered and tried to connect me with the rental office. No on answered after 10 rings. I tried the sales number and no on answered after 10 rings- so much for Customer Care at Tims Toyota Rentals---I ll try Enterprise.
