Davin S - They did refund your money! You want us to assume they did a bad job but since you didn't post 'before' photos, the 'after' photos prove nothing. How about I assume you are a jerk?
When I picked up my guitar a day later, the fretboard and frets had not been cleaned very well and the other pieces of hardware had not been touched at all (there was some light oxidization which I had wanted to be cleaned off) (pictured).
Hopefully the days of small town shops selling over priced lousy equipment are over. Hopefully more shops pay attention to what people like Mercy Guitars are doing and take note.
I had to return to the shop to ask for a full refund, which I received.
And generally, the stores that are in small towns are typically nose-in-the-air types, with very little knowledge of the outside world, and offer little in the way of service.
Overall the work was lazy, sloppy, and in the case of the strings, completely amateur. This is not what you want when you drop off an expensive guitar to be worked on.
I found the guys friendly, helpful and honest. I am happy with my guitar repair and certain that if I had a problem they would stand by their work.
Mercy Guitar Hospital is setting a new standard for how a small town guitar shop should look and feel.
Not only are they aware of some of the better products in the industry, but they also carry misc small parts for the average guitar joe, as well as some very nice acoustics and electrics in stock. Better still, they are friendly and fun to talk to and their prices are reasonable.

The strings had been put on incorrectly over the top of the LSR nut (pictured).
There aren't many music stores in a small town.

I had brought in my Strat Ultra which I hadn't played for 10 years to be cleaned up; the fretboard, frets, and hardware. I could have done it myself but thought I would save some time by taking it to the "experts". They offered to put on a new set of strings as well.
