One of the nicest campground hosts around. Clean and quiet campground.
Clean, relatively secluded campsites with a great view of Granite Mountain. The camp steward, Harvey, is the reason sites are so clean. He takes great pride in keeping the park in tip top shape. Only 5 miles from Prescott, and there is always something going on in the historic area. Just up the road from Granite Basin lake. Lots of trails for all levels. Highly recommended.
This is a beautiful small campground in the Prescott National Forest. It is near a fishing lake and many hiking trails. The grounds are spotless and have the cleanest bathrooms we have seen anywhere while traveling cross country in our RV. The camp host Harvey is a gem. He's very helpful and takes great pride in the campground. Obvious, he loves being there.
Great campground!! Quiet, close to trails, and Granite Lake. Only 5 miles to downtown Prescott!!
