Changed fuel pump without putting in a new filter, used a c-clamp to attempt to shut off one of two lines to a dual tank. Five visits and a breakdown to end up with gas all over the place and another 800 at another shop.
All the work I've had done here had been great. I drive a lifted truck and since they changed alignment techs they can't seem to align it properly but that's not really a ding against them as most shops can't align it either. Brake work is always spot on and the prices seem honest. They do a good alignment on my wife's car every time.
Just leaving Prescott on my way back to Tucson when my truck started making wild noises....then the battery died. JD and his team were very busy but able to fix my problem and get me back on the road in good time. They provided excellent service at a reasonable cost.
