Anyone who thinks she is good is on drugs. She will try to crown anything, places amalg Fillings, and if the job is to hard for get you loose your tooth and don't even get a choice. Anything she tells you get a second opinion. She still does paper charts. That's so 1990 lol....
She is rude, judgmental, unprofessional, and jumps to unfounded conclusions. Interesting since she practices periodontal procedures without being a real periodontist. Bad experience all the way around. She seems to have an agenda since she knew the reason I was coming in there and she just started ripping me from the beginning. She should have declined to see me and I would have appreciated and respected that. She's an embarrassment to the dental industry and professional women. She is not compassionate and does not belong in the health profession.
She didn't finish the job she started and wanted me to come back if I felt uncomfortable after the numbness is gone. I went back the next day to find out I am not welcomed without an appointment but they took me in and she filed my teeth very roughly in two minutes and asked me not to act like a baby and kicked me out. I suffered for over a year till I found a dentist who corrected her blunder.
I had a fall and broke off 9 of my front teeth. Was sent by my original dentist to several specialists, as it seemed that he wasn't able to fix my problems. Dr. B was then recommended to me by my hygienist, and I will never be able to appropriately thank her for referring me. Although the entire process took almost a year, because of the severity of problems, Dr. B and staff have given me back my beautiful smile. SO SO grateful. I recommend this practice to all, they are second to none! How lucky we are to have such a talented team in Prescott!
I have been seeing Dr Bibeau for a few years now. Always compassionate and professional. I have usually dreaded going to the dentist like the plague primarily because of my own doing from not talking care of my teeth very well. Dr Bibeau and staff are always very kind. But the they tell it like it is which is appreciated. And a bonus if you are a guy, the doc is real easy on the eyes
