My husband and I recently moved to Prescott and we had a number of dental procedures that needed to be done, including completion of implants. I searched the internet, read the reviews and selected Prescott Dental Arts. We have not been disappointed!! Dr. Herbert and his staff are very professional, yet down-to-earth and interested in our complete health. We feel as comfortable with them now as we did with our previous dental office. We are happy with all the work that has been done and look forward to being patients here for many years to come.
I was not happy with my previous dentist and was looking for recommendations. Several people suggested Dr. Herbert. I have been to the office 2x now and am very impressed with the staff and quality of care. They help patients feel welcome and cared for. They offer personal attention to everyone who comes in. My search is over!
Excellent and professional work by Dr. Herbert and his staff...explained the procedure, and it was practically pain free (even the anesthetic shot didn't hurt.) He also has a very nice and easy going staff...regular cleaning/check ups are a breeze. I highly recommend them! Paul
Prescott Dental Arts continues to provide the absolute best dentistry in Prescott. I see Stacey and she is great...she even warms the water when I come in for a teeth cleaning. All of the staff are so pleasant and I don't even mind getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Herbert is thorough and pleasant and always willing to discuss any type of changes he may see during examination. After researching my options and getting several different opinions, I decided to take Dr Herbert's advice regarding my very extensive dental needs. Although his specialty is dental implants, he advised me to Not get implants, and explained clearly why he felt another option was in my best interest. I'm very happy with my on-going dental work, just love his staff, and feel certain that entrusting Prescott Dental Arts with my dental needs has been an outstanding decision.
