Mike, Phil, and the rest of the Ability team were professional, skilled, friendly, clean, and trustworthy. They replaced a beam in our old house, an "un-fun" job with challenges due to foundation issues, and one that other contractors either did not want to tackle or were going to charge triple the amount we paid. Mike had an optimistic mindset, and creatively and skillfully got the job done. Mike also went out of his way to research our property's eligibility for the historic registry. Now we have a plaque and, most importantly, peace of mind that our house is structurally sound!
