This was my second time here..my first experience was great but I wanted to give it a second shot...MY MISTAKE☹️ I asked manager specifically before I sat down if they could do the design I wanted he didn't even blink before saying yeah no problem... They couldn't end up doing it ..at this point she has already redone 4 of my nails because the put a top coat over debris that had got on my nail and prior to that she cut my nail bed so bad it stung for an hour after I left... In 10 years of getting my nails done I have never been so dissatisfied enough not to tip. But today was the first ...DO NOT go here
They deserve less than 1 star! When Judy was there, she was pleasant and did a great job. The male owner is rude! And then i had Rose, wow ! I was trying to explain how i wanted the gel nails done. She didnt understand me. So she got pissed off and literally started screaming at me. I would habe walked out, but i had the fakes already put on. I would never , ever go back to her. I hear that Vivian is nice who is Roses sister. A real wackadoo!
How is this place even still open? Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Went in to get a pedi and a mani for my birthday (and going out of town) spent $95.75 and left feeling nausious with how much it was! Got all the way home (I dont live in prescott) and noticed I didn't even have top coat over my gel polish on my toes! I called the next morning and they said to come in and they would fix it. I said thats a huge inconvenience for me to drive the 45 min back to get them fixed when they should've been done right! Not once did I hear an apology! I said "well next time I know to not come in your shop" he said "okay bye".
I received a $35 gift certificate for my birthday to Charlie's Nails and my experience was less than impressive to say the least. I went for a gel manicure and when I left, my nails looked worse then when I first went in. As soon as they saw I had a gift certificate, the quality of service I received dramatically declined. It was like nobody wanted to take me as their client for some odd reason... maybe they have some weird way of paying heir employees when it comes to gift certificates or something. Anyways, received the worst manicure of my life and at the end the lady tells me I have $10 remaining and in the middle of me asking if they can do my brows she asks, "leave $10 for the tip?" Seriously? She just rushed through and gave me the worst manicure ever and is now ASKING me to leave her a $10 tip. Unreal. I will not be going back. Ever.
