Weeks ago one of the bridesmaids booked 3 stylists to do 6 girls hair for a wedding. Each stylist was going to do 2 customers and the appt was at 11am. We were told 2 hours is all it would take. We showed up at 1030 and one of them had an appt at 10:30 but she had not shown up. At 10:45 she started a cut and style and did not finish until 11:30am. This was the stylist that insisted on doing the Bride's hair. I mentioned that the bride needed to go first and they did not follow those wishes.
The only reason there is a star there at all is because you cannot do have zero stars. They were that bad.
Do not use this salon ever. Please find another salon when needing styles and updo's for special occasions. I would not use them for anything to do with my hair. This was the worst experience the 6 of us have ever had.
The stylist started doing the bride's hair around 11:45 and at 1pm I was done with my hair. I went to look at the bride's hair and it was overfilled with product. This made her hair look extremely greasy. She was no where near complete with the updo and the bride was almost in tears because we needed to be out by 1pm. I went to the assistant manager and told her our situation and asked her to go look at the bride's hair. When she approached the other stylist she said "what do we have going on here?" The stylist said "We are going no where fast." The assistant manager said "I am so sorry. If this was my wedding day and this is how my hair came out I would be crying too." At this point it was too late to wash her hair and start from scratch. We got the bride out and they refunded the money.
There were other stylists that told us they could not do braids. This sounds like something that we should have been told when booking appts so we could plan accordingly. We were not told that there would be restrictions like braiding when making our appt. This restricted and changed the plans of all the bridesmaids as well.
Jill does an awesome job! She is 1 of 2 stylists I've ever truly been happy with and the price is great for the quality!
