Their contractors are dishonest, and Lowes management couldn't care less. They didn't respond to my complaints nor even acknowledge them.
SHOP HOME DEPOT instead. These folks are crooks.

I wanted carpeting for one room. They force you to use their contractors for measuring. I disagreed with their square footage; they gave me a song and dance about it. In the end I have one piece of carpet 7' x 9' leftover from a room 12' x 13'. Ripped off in excess of $350.00
They order rile but can't find it. Reorder from another store and it's wrong. Nice people but very frustrating.
Went in ready to purchase a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave/stove hood as ours are all failing. Found what we wanted and couldn't get any sales help. Salesman was with a customer but didn't even acknowledge us. Found a woman employee working at a computer in a bsck corner and asked for help. She said she would page someone. Never heard the page and no one showed up. We waited 15 minutes. The woman could see us from where she was sitting and never looked at us or came to see if we had been helped.
I had purchase two wall lanterns for my garage, one of them quit working right after installing. We live outside of town keep forgetting it when we would go into town. I stopped by yesterday and spoke with Benny explain it to him and even though it had been a little over a year on my purchase he was very helpful and went above and beyond his job duties to help me exchange it. This is why I always shop Lowes instead of Home Depot. I will pay more for great customer service. A big shout out to Benny thank you for all your help yesterday.
Excellent service I was looking for a tile roller and they fond one I don't know if it was in the dack. Very satisfying with the service
We went to HD and pretty much had the same experience. So, back to Lowe's because they had what we wanted and the best prices. Went to appliances and basically the same scene. Not sure who this woman is that can just sit in a not-so-concealed spot and be on her computer or cell phone. My husband went to the customer service desk and said he hoped someone would be in appliances because we were prepared to make a major purchase. Suddenly, 3 employees are there and begin to take care of the customers who have been waiting. When it is our turn, Kenny helps us. Fabulous! He knows what he is doing and pulls it together. Thanks to Kenny and the others that responded. Customers were happy.
