Horrible customer service, they told me they were over their discount amount and to come back Monday, and when I came back Monday they told me they could not give me to discount I was promised. When I told them who I talked to they told me that person did not work there, later to find out that that person was simply not on the clock at that time, they were just trying to make it sound like I was lying. Had to pay extra and order the item I wanted online. Will be shipping at lowes form now own.
No longer a loyal customer. Over the last few years I have spent over 50k at Home Depot. I have encountered a few unfriendly employees from time to time, but nothing to this degree. I recently had an issue with a material I needed for a project that I was in the middle of being discontinued. When I reached out to the store for help, I was surprised by their complete lack of professionalism, compassion and even common courtesy. The gentleman at the pro desk told me there was nothing he could do to help and just advised me to contact the national office. When I finally called the national number for help, they informed me that even though other stores in different areas carried the material I needed, they had no mechanism to ship store to store. BUYER BEWARE! If Home Depot stops carrying something you need, they will not warn you, they will not help you and they could care less. I am now literally left with a half finished project that has taken years to complete. I will never set foot in this Home Depot again and would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere.

Getting help. Does anyone work at these stores. I had to go looking for help. Finally a manager asked if I needed help. He called. 10 minutes later help showed up.
