I had excellent care from Synergy. From the first interview with Alan, I was impressed with the attention he gave to my needs and who I would best work with. I really enjoyed the time I had with my caregivers. From before to post surgery and into recovery, all my needs were met. As a single woman living alone, I was without fear, and during recovery, without embarrassment, much to my relief. Even my dogs came to love my caregivers. I would recommend their services to anyone facing health issues.
I swear it was Divine intervention when I found Synergy HomeCare. I was at my wits end trying to find an agency that serviced Black Canyon City. Fortunately Synergy out of Prescott came to the rescue. They had a caregiver for us that was well qualified and lived in our area. We found the company easy to work with, accommodating to our needs and willing to go above and beyond to help us in other ways, as in providing contacts for other services. The pricing is comparable to other agencies and receipts always provided for tax purposes. I would highly recommend using Synergy a company that actually has a heart and cares about their clients and the quality of their caregivers. Who could ask for my? I am grateful to have their services.
I can't say enough good about what Synergy Home Care is doing for the people of Prescott. The owners are fantastic and they have a really good staff from what I have been able to see. The most import part is that they really seem to care. A+ to this place!
