I owe everything to Colt Cleaners! My husband is a Police Officer and has a very special ceremony to attend tomorrow wearing his dress uniform. I dropped his uniforms off on Monday to be dry cleaned and pressed and they informed me they would be done today (Thursday) after 3. I stopped in a bit early to see if they were finished and to also see if they could press his tie for me last minute. The lady up front told me the uniforms werent ready yet but she would be happy to press the tie and have it ready with his uniforms after 3pm. That worked out perfectly for me because I pick my daughter up at 3pm and my plan was to swing by afterwards. But, I completely spaced picking them up. I realized that I had forgotten them at 5:58 and they close at 6. I googled their number and called it and was incredibly relieved when someone answered. After a few minutes of trying to find my order, she informed me that I had actually called the wrong location. I told her that I would call the right location but I was afraid that nobody would answer and asked her if she would wait for me to call back. Sure enough, the other location was already closed. I called back and desperately explained how I needed these uniforms and asked if there was any way someone could meet me at the right location so I could pick them up. She informed me the owner would be there in about 15 minutes and she would see what she could do. The owner called back a few minutes later and explained that she would be happy to meet me so I could pick up my husbands uniforms. She drove all the way from Prescott to Prescott Valley, after probably working all day (and she lives in Prescott so she still had to drive back to Prescott after helping me) and I was able to get my husbands uniforms. I have a colicky newborn who had been screaming for hours and a pre-schooler who was trying so hard to be patient and my husband was two hours away in Phoenix at work and forgetting his uniform was just the icing on the cake. I completely broke down but the people at Colt Cleaners made everything okay. I cant explain how relieved I am and how much that meant to me. I will forever do my business with you guys and refer anyone I know to either location. Thank you again for saving my day!
This is an excellent place if you are a cowboy riding into town and just need a flannel shirt cleaned. After working with this company it became apparent that they were damaging my husbands business shirts. We always got the shirts back with broken buttons. When I picked up the last batch of shirts one had a very large stain that these idiots made by using an iron with water on low heat. The OWNER SAID, 'WELL WE DON'T ACTUALLY CLEAN THE SHIRTS'. WTF. No kidding. I would not take my dogs flea collar to this place to be cleaned.
Overpriced. Paid $3.75 for laundering each dress shirt - that should only be $2.00.
