Just moved into town and needed a laundromat. Don't come here, half of machines don't work. Some are marked out of order. Some are not. Took twice as long to get things done. Got my stuff in dryer to find out 30 minutes later that its one of the broken ones! Change machine wasn't working! I'm sure there are good laundromats in town but this one sucks!
Dropped off our laundry one day only to get home to missing items. Items that cost me more than the service! I returned immediately and told the young lady about the error. Her response was less than concerned about their error, and even less interested in attempting to locate the items. Basically, since no one had approached her directly with extra items in their laundry (not belonging to them), it was as if I was fabricating the whole story. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are unfriendly, unprofessional and unconcerned. Seeing a Closed for Good sign on the door would be the best thing.
As a full time rver going to the laundromat is always in a different city and I never know what to expect. First I went to the one with more stars and the lady who worked there was down right mean. I just gathered my stuff and went here. Super clean, great vibe, no waiting and Steve was super helpful. He gave me a great cup of coffee and I enjoyed nice conversations with him and others. Loved it! ❤️
50 percent of either washers or dryers don't work; the dryers are expensive and don't dry. Small, dingy but not hostile. The guy who owns it is helpful. Never coming back though. ..
