We had looked for a couple of months to find quality furniture. We visited back and forth to Joe's Furniture and made our selection. Excellent customer service and no high pesssure sales. The furniture sells itself. Big thanks to our sales lady, Judy!
Interesting that Joe's Furniture received 5 stars when it came to customer service. My first (and last) visit to the store was one of total ignoring by any of the staff. I was looking for a sofa and dining set, but not one sales person came and asked if they could help me. After 10 frustrating minutes I left and found exactly what I wanted in Cottonwood where they really understood what customer service meant. Sixty-two years in the business should have given Joe's a clue regarding potential customers, in spite of hearing that "Dawn sent you"
Just purchased a sectional couch and a cocktail table at Joe's Furniture. The service was superb with no high-pressure sales and nobody stalking you in the store which was fabulous. We were helped by Paul who new the furniture well and showed us different sectionals and allowed us to finally settle on the sectional we were looking for. I would highly recommend Joe's furniture for anybody looking for quality furniture with quality sales people and quality service. Very satisfied!!!
Paul was friendly, professional and knowledgeable with 28 years' experience in the industry. He was courteous, patient and never pushy. My husband and I found what we were looking for because Paul knew the product lines and was able to guide us in our selections. We will most likley buy our next dining room set from Joe's because of the selections available and our recent positive experience with purchasing our recliner, love seat and sofa.
We were looking for office desk and bookshelves. The store is large and though we didn't see a desk on the floor that we liked, we did find it in one of their many catalogs. Judy assisted us and was very helpful. We ended up buying the desk and the bookshelves at a very good price (compared to other stores we have gone to locally and in Phoenix).
