I took my rescue dog, Sadie in today. She is a skittish, nervous Bull Mastiff. I missed my actual scheduled appointment and they still fit me in and that was HUGE for me
Our labradoodle and our big golden retriever went in together for a "spa day" to get their summer trims so they'll be all ready for swimming in their "auntie's" pool. They had a great time! The staff followed all our picky little instructions. And they seemed to genuinely enjoy our dogs. The price was reasonable, too. The dogs look great, smell great (we asked for scent free products) and feel great, and we could not be happier. Thank you, Yvonne and friends!
They made my Westie look fantastic in about 2 hours.
I used to take my dog to Yvonne's for two years. Every time I took him it seems as if the service was worse and worse. They cut him a few times, and I understand that happens but it got to a point where it was careless. To top it all off the last time I brought my dog he got kennel cough then distributing it to my other four dogs. That was a really amazing vet bill... ugh. So I called them to let them know my dog got kennel cough and there was no offer to make the situation correct or apology. The girl actually told me he could not have gotten it from there. Well I will tell you my dog never goes anywhere besides the groomer. Moral of the story my dog will never ever return to Yvonne's.
