Stacy does a super job. She's efficient and my hair always looks beautiful.
I took my son in for a hair cut and it's the worst hair cut I have ever seen in my life. I called to see if they could try to fix it, and the lady was extremely rude and unapologetic. A blind person could of done a better job. I strongly suggest avoiding this establishment at all costs. These people are totally unqualified, very rude, and unprofessional over all.
First off buy some hats or prepare for low self esteem before you get a hair cut here. Asked for a 4 on top and a 3 on the sides and stylist apparently didn't care or didn't know the difference between a three and a four which resulted in her giving me a three all around. Personally I could have given myself a better haircut for free with a pair of safety scissors and a razor. Don't understand how a stylist could be so careless after being explicitly told how the cut should be done. Unfortunately, you cannot glue hair back on so once again be very careful if you decide to visit keep a close eye on the quality of the work done.
I have gone to this Great Clips for years. If you do not know exactly what you want, you may not get the result you are after. These people are not mind readers! If you go often & get the same style, it is in the computer, so your stylist can see it. Denise has cut my hair for years, and I couldn't be happier. When I receive compliments on my cut (which is often) I am happy to refer my colleagues & friends here.
I took my 5 year old son into get a hair cut and the lady with piercings on her face was very rude and because he was moving she refused to finish his hair. Maybe she shouldn't be cutting children's hair if that is going to be her attitude.
