The food took a little too long, IMO, the burgers were overcooked, the fries too salty.
Tonight is probably the last time I go to Applebee’s. Victoria was great but the rest of the staff wasn’t and neither were the drinks. My beer was so flat and it was room temperature. I nicely asked for another one and my next beer was still flat so I gave up. A manager doesn’t even come out to say how was your experience and it seems like no one’s really supervising the staff. I’m all about customer service because I know what’s expected and I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Not a deal breaker. I'm sure we'll be back at this location again at some point. But, we will avoid Saturday afternoons.
I really like this place. You go every week, sit at the bar, and just have a relaxed good time. The other patrons and the staff really bring a nice way to end my week. I love the happy hour deals, drinks, and food.
I don't understand why we had to wait 20 minutes for a table when there were no less than 7 tables within view from the lobby, capable of seating our party of 5. They were busy, but not swamped.
You wouldn't think Applebee's would ever get 5 stars seeing as it's far from a 5 star restaurant. I was happy with how I was greeted, seated and served. They let us sit where we wanted even though the section wasn't open yet. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. Food was above expectations and the portions were sizable. All around for a 3 star restaurant the experience was 5s across the board!
The service was great and the food was excellent. I went with here in Prescott Valley. It was my early B-Day from here. I really liked it.
